After having continued problems with the cloud service, I decided to plug a 30G USB flash drive into my base station to record video.   One of my two cameras consistently records for a few days and then stops.  After removing the battery, and re-pairing, the process will start again.  I'll get a few days of recordings and then it stops.  I read that, if you use a flash it will just auto-overwrite data, which I don't believe is occurring.   I also am unsure if this is due to a storage issue or a not-detecting motion issue.   I don't have any activity zones setup and Ive moved my base station and router to within ten feet of the cameras.

In the flash drive setup ( usb backup ) there is an overwrite option the can be toggled on/off... check that.

But it does only happen if the backup drive is about 80% full or so.
