Receiving push notifications but unable to watch video. Videos not available in web too.

Does anyone find you can receive the push notification, but the video can not been watched in the library these days? Also videos are not available in web.

Yes, when you say that you are unable to watch them in the library, do you have them showing in the library or are they missing?

In the library, there are such video files, but unable to watch.

Are you unable to view the videos on your phone or using the web browser on the computer?
If on your phone, can you download them and view them ok from your phone’s video folder?
If on your web browser, can you download them to your computer and play them using VLC media player?
