I purchased new Arlo batteries and now I can't reconnect to the SmartHub. I get a solid blue light on one and nothing on the other. They are both fully charged.

If you remove the battery and use only AC power does it work then?

Solid blue should only happen when connected to a charger and fully charged. WHen first installing the batteries, do you get a brief blue flash, indicating power has been connected? How do you know both batteries are fully charged? Have you swapped batteries around to see what happens?

Thanks for the response.
Yes, I see a brief blue flash when installing the battery. I think I have figured out 1 of the batteries is dead. Still, it won't connect to the Hub. I go through the process and when I sync the blue light flashes once and doesn't connect.
