Pro 2 is not detecting people

since last version for IOS , I can't get the same level of service. Worst, i have no more ''people detection'' so I can not feel secure. For you information, i may remember you that most people are buying your product to keep their home safe. So , with no people detection ? is it normal for you to supply such crape update ? 

how to downsize to the last version who was, doing perfectly the job ? 

I this poor level of service due to the fact I just suscribe to you monthly pack at 2 euros per month for each camera? 

Please, you need urgently to address your customers concernes, a camera that do not detection any people intrusion, is absolutely not permitted.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest any prior methods you have previously performed.
