Brought cameras in to charge
Neither will charge
No1 camera nothing!
No2 camera as shown on photo

Well, it could be the charger, the cable, the batteries, or the cameras. It seems unlikely to affect both cameras and batteries at the same time (though the symptoms are slightly different).

 

Are you using the Arlo charger, or something else?

Also if the battery was really flat, it may not charge right the first time.... read this

Yes, I’m using the correct charger, the charger stays in a box until I charge the cameras.
I’m pretty confident the charger isn’t damaged in anyway.
