Stuck on pending for family sharing. What do I need to do from here?

I had the same issue yesterday. The resolution was to properly close the app on the iphone. By properly I mean double tap the main button, go to the arlo app and slide it up, then open the app again. Make sure the person you're sending this to already created an arlo account. When I tried sending first without the person having the account it would not work. Hope this helps
