We need more information than that.
What's the LED status on the base station?
Are you able to connect to the cameras and live stream?
Have you tried restarting the base and the cameras?

I'm in the same boat. I have 3 Arlo pro 2 cameras. I added the new Arlo app and deleted Legacy (about a week ago). Ever since, I don't receive ANY recordings from 2 of the 3 cameras. The third works as designed. My base has 3 solid green lights. I have taken out batteries from the Arlos, I have unplugged the base for 2 minutes. I have resynced the Arlos with the base. I removed the app and added it back. I can see live footage (I can connect to the Arlo) and create manual recordings, but no amount of action in front of those cameras will trigger a recording. Yes they are armed. I have activity zones setup. I pay the subscription fee. I'm using Samsung 8Note running Android 9 and Hubby is iPhone 10 running IOS 13. Neither of us get alerts or recordings in the library from those 2 cameras. Any ideas? I've only had these for 3 months and not a happy camper.

OK, 40 minutes on the phone with Customer Service running around my house and we are up... Hopefully for good:
Took battery out of the camera
Hooked up charging cable to camera (plugged in)
pressed sync on camera
turned sensitivity to 100%
removed device from Arlo App
Replaced Battery (I kept charging cable plugged in)
Pressed sync on base
Pressed sync on device. Cameras added themselves back to the app. When camera stopped flashing,
Made sure sensitivity was back to 80% It's only been an hour, but we're getting notifications and library recordings again.
