My pro 2 camera is not responding to pushing the sync button. I had a low battery and did a "remove device" on the camera. After fully charging the battery, I went to "add device" (the camera) and sync back to base station, the sync button did not give me a blue light. I also tried holding the button for 15 seconds or until the amber light, but it did not respond to that either. Is there anyway or work around to get the base station to find the camera without the sync button working? Thanks in advance for helping.

That doesn't apply to the Pro 2.
It is possible that the battery didn't actually charge. There is a procedure here you could try: https://kb.arlo.com/000052305/My-Arlo-Pro-or-Arlo-Pro-2-battery-is-dead-what-do-I-do
If you have another Pro 2 camera, you could also try using its battery in the failing Pro 2.
