I have four PRO 2 cameras that work fine on my iPhone Arlo app but do not go live on my laptop. All settings are the same. Each camera tells me that "The request has timed out"

Have you tried clearing the browser cache and cookies as well as a different browser? What OS is the laptop running? Is everything up to date?

Thank you for the recommendation. Yes, I cleared the browsing cache, cleared all cookies, tried another browser and even logged in on another laptop. Each camera still tells me "The Request Has Timed Out" when I try to view them live.

WHat about rebooting the computer and perhaps your router? It kinda sounds like a connection issue between the computer and servers.

I rebooted the laptop, rebooted the router, even tried disconnecting my laptop from everything and using my Hotspot. still not able to view live on any of the cameras.

I forgot to mention previously the OS is Windows 10 Pro.

I appreciate your help.

Have you tried power cycling the base station. I recall another similar post that had success doing this.

No I haven't tried that, but I will.

Thank you.

I rebooted the router, my laptop, my iPad, used another computer, deleted cookies, cache, everything recommended. I still get the same message "The Request Has Timed Out". I can't view "Live" on any device except my iPhone.

Do you have internet security software (Avast, Norton, Kaspersky, etc) running on the PCs?

The iPad should work, since it uses the same app.

Yes, I have internet security software running on my laptop.

I removed and reinstalled the Arlo app on my iPad and now it works.

Good, that is some progress.

Have you tried disabling it, and see if that resolves it?
