We have multiple cameras connected to our Smart Hub, plus a doorbell and an arlo go. All recordings were available on Wednesday. Thursday afternoon they were all gone, even what I viewed Wednesday and no new recordings are available in the library even though we get motion alerts. We have rebooted the base and the cameras, and checked all setting.

What model cameras do you since you mentioned Smart Hub which comes with cameras newer then Pro 2. The Pro2 still have 7 day free but newer ones released after 2018 require a subscription.

Are you talking about cloud recordings or local storage?
If you mean cloud storage, then the first thing to check is your subscription status.

It does depend on which cameras you have and how many cameras you have that aren't under subscription.
If you have 5 or fewer unsubscribed cameras in the account, then unsubscribed pro/pro 2 cameras would get 7 days of cloud storage.
Can you make a manual recording?
