I want to put a wireless Arlo camera in a shed which approx 30 metres (approx 95 feet away ) from my house. Is there a way to do this?

Is the outside shed metal sheeting, if you have a cable conduct you could run a cable.
The arlo base station wifi range can operate up to 300ft with no obstacles so if you have lots of walls with brick and metal in between it gets reduced considerably.
One way of testing is to use a smart mobile phone connected to your local router wifi and check the wifi level indicator on the phone when inside the shed where you want to place the camera. If the indicator drops more than three bars then you would struggle with the camera connecting.
The newer arlo cameras have the ability to directly connect to the local wifi network but you can also connect to a Base station unit to help extend the range. You just need a Ethernet cable to wire back to the router modem.
