Hub goes offline sporadically and never reconnects. Green lights for power and camera connection. No light for internet. Internet works fine throughout the house and was not a problem earlier today. Didn’t change anything, just went offline and not able to see my cameras. Suggestions other than resetting and resyncing all cameras.

The base isn't even connecting to the router. Start by rebooting your router and base, in that order as well as changing the cable and router port.

Already did these steps. I ve connected other devices to the router and through the Ethernet port and cable. Those are not faulty.
