Hi, I am on the latest update and I have stopped receiving all notifications, At first it was just when I was coming and leaving on Geo fence Activate/Standby ( This all started when that part stopped working a few updates ago ) and now I am not getting the motion notifications.

The settings do appear correct on my phone.

I am not sure if you are on Android or iOS so I will provide some steps for both:

Also, can you make sure you have it set up correctly under your modes and make sure notify everyone is selected.

I am on the newest IOS, I have done all of those things. Sometimes I get the notification and sometimes I don't. I did delete everything and start over but it is still the same. This only started happening when the update that messed everything up came out.

Is it on the Pro 2 camera specifically or are you seeing it on other cameras as well?

I only Have the Pro 2 Cameras .

Can you try removing one of the Pro 2 from the account and adding it back on?

How Would I do that? I get Regular notification for motion most of the time, just not the home/Away option.

Do you not get notifications on all the Pro 2 cameras when is Arm Away?

Yes I get notifications, from the cameras, I will get the arm away/home notification If I have my screen open now.

Yes I have gon over all of the settings many times and they all appear correct, I did not have this issue until the update that messed up most peoples geo fence.

I'd question "most peoples geofence". There seems to have been an issue with iOS devices while my Android continues to work normally.

Are you saying that arrive and leave automations are working 100% reliably for you?

 

Or do they sometimes fail to trigger?

I can't say that to be absolutely 100% since I don't check the status all the time. Generally, it works fine but there's always a possibility that  something fails. I do note that returning home does not cause my to be recorded on indoor cameras which would be activated if Arm Away was still in use.
