None of my cameras are recording for 7-day free. Tried rebooting Base Station. Can see live view.

For 36 hrs, none of my cameras are recording anything to the free 7 day cloud service. When I click on my subscription I see the 7 day option no longer shows. I’ve rebooted my base station 3 times. I can still view my cameras remotely, but they’re not recording anything. Anyone else getting this?

 

Must say, I get tired of having to supervise this system. I’m current away and one camera has gone offline too. Can’t reset it until I get home. Also I only know it’s offline because I logged in and checked. Pretty poor design really, or am I missing a setting that would notify me of an offline camera?

The free plan has "disappeared" since it's the default and is still there. 

 

WHat mode is selected? Have you rebooted the base? If using a custom mode, try the Armed mode.
