I have admin rights to our system and granted my wife's iPhone permission to access. When see opens the app the camera views will only show "getting Status". I have to reboot her phone each time to clear the home screen so she can view the camera screens. Has anyone ran in to this issue?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? I do not want to suggest anything you may have previously performed.

ShayneS,
I have tried anything much to mention. I’ve looked at the settings on my phone to see if I had forgotten a step. I’ve rebooted the base station. The only thing that works (temporarily) is booting her iPhone. That only works when you initially open the app.

Have you tried to remove & re-reinstall the app?

No, I had considered that but haven’t. I’ll give that a try.
