Check your active mode, does the third camera have rules that tell it to record on motion?
You might also consider removing and re-adding the problematic camera to see if that resolves the issue.

Are the cameras that are not recording pro2 or a later model?
Will the cameras let you live stream and if so can you make a manual recording that goes to the cloud library?

I am having this same issue. I can stream live, but no recordings going to library. They just suddenly stopped after working fine for several years.

I am also in this boat. I have 3 Pro 2 cameras that have been working without any problems for many years. 2 of the 3 cameras still have recordings in the app, but the 3rd does not. I do not have an Arlo Secure subscription, but these cameras did not require one for recordings.

Yes, I checked there, nothing has changed on any of that since I initially set it up, that camera seems to have just stopped recording to the cloud.
I will try to remove and add back.
