No pan or zoom in full screen mode! Works fine in small mode. I have 5 cameras, all are Pro 2's. they all act the same!

Per your instructions: Using Chrome?
Go to the 3-dot icon at the upper right of your Chrome and go to Settings.
Then click System and toggle off "Use hardware acceleration when available" then relaunch the browser.

Can you go to the browser's Settings->System and toggle off "use hardware acceleration when available" and test again.
