Hi,
Im having trouble communicating with the base station from the new app.
Currently the base station is on and connected to the internet, however the app reports the base station as offline and not able to recieve a signal from the cameras.
Base station is a vmb4000r3 and cameras are pro 2.
Currently abroad so frustrating for the new app release to make me lose connection. It was working perfectly before.
Any help would be appreciated.

Maybe try uninstalling/reinstalling the app, and then reboot the phone. That has worked for some folks.

Hi @StephenB,
Thanks for the response but this still hasnt resolved the issue.
I have also logged in on an ios device to check it wasnt a phone issue, and both phones are displaying the same issue.
Do you have any other suggestions?
Regards
W

When the app first sets up it requires Bluetooth to be on.
on your iOS device go to settings.
scroll down to Arlo app and select, check Bluetooth is on.
make sure your device has Bluetooth on as well.

Hi Newfie Drool,
thanks for you advcie but this still hasnt solved the issue.
Ive also looked at the online portal page and the status of the base station is saying its offline. I know this isnt true and very now becoming frustrating!
The base station says its on and connected to the internet, the app and online portal both report the base station as offline.
What else can i do about this?
