New Phone & Geofencing Does Not Recognize Me

I changed out the phone that was the primary on my Arlo account and it no longer has the geofencing selection in the mode screen, how do I designate it as the primary account phone?

It's not the specific phone that identifies you as the primary user but the user credentials you use to log in. I assume you're using the same credentials as before? If so, reboot the phone and reinstall the app.

Looks like reinstalling the app fixed it, thanks. Is there some way to remove my old phone from the device lists (enabled and notifications)?

I don't believe there's a way to remove the old phone so just disable it.
