Never paid subscription and videos always appeared but now not seeing anymore? No CVR.

I have never paid for subscription and the motion videos always appeared in my library. I have moved the equipment to my property with good wifi but I get no alerts or videos in library. Nothing has changed, no CVR, it worked and I got videos when I installed it. Any help would be appreciated. I can view live, but no vids. Help!

Problem resolved! I think it was the sensitivity mode was set too low for were I ended up placing the cameras. Once I dialed it higher, presto. Thanks for the replies.

Are the cameras showing up in the web ui and the app?  If so, can you livestream from the cameras?

 

Also, can you confirm that you have Pro 2 cameras (and not the newer Essential, Pro 3, Pro 4, or Ultra models)?

 

About how long ago did you purchase/install the cameras?

Yes Pro 2, yes I can live stream and the devices are there in app and website.

Can you make a manual recording?  (and then see it in the library)?
