My arlo pro 2 base station wont connect

Barely used arlo pro 2 base station wont recognize my android device to setup. I have tried 2 base stations and also switched my eero to 2.4 ghz and nothing works. This is the last Arlo im ever buying as the support is non existent.

I don't own an eero, but other posters have said there is an "advanced security" setting for the router in the eero app.  Some have said that turning off the "advanced security" allowed them to connect.
