  • We updated our Android app to the latest and since we did that we can no longer see the 'mode' option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. we have not done a hard reset yet as I want that too be the last option.

Are you seeing "Library"  Or are you seeing "Feed"?  "Feed" is a new user experience that is in the process of being rolled out - some folks are seeing it now, others still see the older "Library" experience.
