- Hi the app notifies me when a recording is made but when I go to library and click on today's date it only shows yesterday's recordings...

That status LBNZ has been there for a few weeks. Not sure if it relates to this issue or not.
Given Arlos recent term and condition changes regarding class action lawsuits, I suspect bad news for owners of the legacy pro 2 cameras.
I have moved to using Unifi products now. Have removed all my Arlo cameras.
Unifi is so far above Arlo it's a joke they have similar pricing.
Good luck guys, hope they resolve it for you.
If anyone is interested. Here are unifi details https://ui.com/us/en/camera-security

Ah ok, good to know - it only occurred to me to check here recently.
Thanks for the recommendation, we definitely need something in place where I can actually see the recordings right away…not half a day later.

Thanks for the pm shayne s arlo moderator. I'm not tech savvy enough to understand how to do the things you requested, but since raising this issue my library recordings seem to be able to be accessed as they happen as they used to so I presume you sorted this much appreciated

FWIW: While they did update their terms and conditions, that particular clause is not new, and has always been there.

This has been happening to me for weeks. My husband's app is working fine but my library is 12 hours out on my phone, tablet and via web access. Thinking of giving up on Arlo.

I'm in time zone UTC+10:00. In the morning of current day before 10am the APP and WEB portal show videos from the previous day and none from the current day. The device view shows a still of the last triggered activity but I can't view any other imagery from the current day.
After 10am the library view shows the correct videos for the current day including those that weren't shown before 10am. This started around August 2024.
This issue stops you from seeing current events for 10 out of 24hours each day, not good.

If you click back through the days you can see them marked as resolved by - "The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented."
eg
https://status.arlo.com/incidents/161#update-101
But not meaningful details are included to help anyone else attempt to resolve the same or a similar issue.
I've observed that very soon after your timezone offset on the current day the recordings are displayed correctly. This to indicates a time zone logic error in the code. My issue is in the Android APP on all my devices and the Arlo web interface.
LBNZ writes -
I see the acknowledgment of the issue here:
https://www.arlo.com/en-nz/support
Some customers in Australia and New Zealand regions may be experiencing problems with live streaming and motion recordings. We are working to resolve this issue, please see status.arlo.com for the latest information.
But that status link tells
me all systems are working and there’s no recent incidents open?

My Arlo feed shoes an event from my Arlo essential outdoor camera as happening at 4:45am in the morning when it actually happened at 9pm the night before. (I know because it's me returning our garbage bins up the driveway). Why is there a huge delay in the event happening and when it shows in my feed?

Is it always this far off?
Is the system time zone set correctly?

No, it usually shows up within a few seconds of the event. My app is the arlo secure app with feed. As far as I can tell, I can only set the timezone for the whole app, which is correctly set for the pacific timezone.

Hi,
I’ve been unable to view my same day recordings on my Arlo app. When I tap on Library, I see duplicates of my previous days’ recordings instead. Can Arlo support desk please help to resolve this problem. It’s been happening for the past couple of weeks. My location is in Taiwan.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if that helps the behavior you are seeing?

I tried your suggestion, nothing has changed, and it’s not much of a solution given that is not my Timezone.

I’m on iOS version 17.6.1 and using app Arlo Secure 5.0.5 (8508)
I’m in New Zealand so are ahead of US time. This error has been happening for about the last 4mths.
I have reinstalled my app and changed the timezone. I even removed and re-added the access of this secondary account. All of these actions made no difference, still getting duplicate recording from previous day until midday it updates or afternoon.
Are your Dev still working on the permanent fix?

I See Recordings Outage | Arlo shows that it was fixed. Maybe it has broken again, and the fix needs to be reapplied.

My Time Zone is UTC+10 Canberra Melbourne Sydney. We are currently in daylight saving. I noted that someone indicated that ay 10am it worked however, I have not noticed that at 10:20am on 3rd of November they have not updated to the current date. The last recording for the 2nd November is 7:47pm. Currently the 2nd and 3rd are the same list of recordings. I have two Arlo GO Solar 4G cameras. I have just done Live "View" on both and taken a Photo Nothing appears in the library @10:30am on the 3rd November. Note that this was done on both the Android App and Web with the same results.

UPDATE 3rd November 11:00am UTC+10 Canberra Melbourne Sydney daylight saving time i.e. UTC 12:00 Am (Midnight)
The library is now shows recording since 3rd November 12am UTC+10 Canberra Melbourne Sydney daylight saving time starting at 01:07am thru 10:47am 14 recordings in total including the 4 Manual Images taken at 10:32 one per camera on the Web and App. The 2nd November remains correct and unchanged.
We are blind between 11:59pm UTC+10 Canberra Melbourne Sydney daylight saving time and 11:00am UTC+10 Canberra Melbourne Sydney daylight saving time
@Arll This is definably a backend Time Zone issue.
