LED lights are green and Arlo app is downloaded and I created account but can't find device

All my lights on my base are green and app is downloaded created account, phones say can't find device.. please help.

It sounds like you're trying to perform a new installation. Is the system new or used? If used, the original owner needs to remove all devices from his account before you can claim the base. If it's new, hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber and let the base reboot so that the power and Internet LEDs are green but the Camera LED is off or amber. Try again to claim the base.
