Keep signed in on Arlo iOS App

Greetings:

I used to use the Arlo iOS App on Android without issues, but on iOS for some reason, i can use the App fine, but after a while or if i restart the device, my Arlo app logs out and i have to write the username and password to access again.

Is there a way to keep the device logged in with my account on iOS?

Are you using Touch ID or Face ID, I was not able to replicate this, My 13 pro max was signed out after restarting, but when clicking log in it prompted Face ID and signed in successfully. 

Does this occur on every Login or phone restart?

Do you have a screenshot of the error message?
