The recent update to new Arlo Secure App is problematic.
FIRST we weren't notify of it. I discovered the change when it seemed there was a problem with it as my video feed was acting crazy. I installed the new system from my PC.. Its a LOT of changes... not as simple as before... Eventually I figured out how to navigate... HOWEVER ...
While my Battery Powered Cameras and feeds work fine with only the normal lag time, nor so with my wired doorbell... I get Black screens...sometimes with audio, sometimes not... sometimes a pixelated video
... so its NOT a wifi or internet issue as the battery powered camera feeds are ok.
Seems there is a new Arlo server that the new Secure App system has at the back end.

I agree the new app. is terrible. Support know as much as me. Hopeless app.
