I have had Arlo cameras for a long time, on the free subscription. One evening they upgraded my system to the new App (paid app) without my request. I am unable to find a phone number, or find out any way I can change the subscription back. I don't need the features offered for the new plan, which has a monthly fee. Has anyone else had this happen and were they able to go back? If not, does anyone know of any other camera systems? Thanks!

You just got the trial subscription correct? When the trial expires you will lose the subscription features, but still have the free 7-day storage. You won't be charged unless you go in and subscribe yourself.
FWIW, there is only one app. It supports two user interfaces - one shows Library in the app menu, the other (newer one) instead shows Feed and Dashboard. Arlo is slowly migrating everyone to the new interface - whether they have a subscription or not. So the new interface is not "paid".
