Not wanting to detract from those struggling with the Arlo vs AT&T outage. (Hence the seperate post)

My USB drive records everything fine but I put a USB in both ports and system only shows one

Thanks for checking, I was alluding to the issue that when the internet fails any recordings to the USB from powered cameras get truncated to 2 sec.
As far as your second USB not showing, suggest you have a read of the faq about backup USB format and size limitations.
