If I have a court ordered supena would arlo be able to provide video from 60 days ago. Or is there a way to purchase subscription to get access

They get deleted from the server but you can contact support but don't think you will get anywhere. Even with a subscription they only last 30 days. You should set up local storage or download important recordings in the future.

Of course they can only produce recordings that they actually have.
The best strategy is to download and keep recordings that you need.
