We recently moved and when we went to setup our cameras at our new home the base wouldn't power up. We plugged it in and the lights never came on. We had a second base from a set of cameras we bought (bought it in a set for just the cameras and never used the base) but that base had the same problem. We tried different power cords, different outlets and nothing worked. One of the bases made a clicking noise when plugged in and the other did nothing.

Have you tried the on/off switch on the back of the base station?
Where you moved to does it have the same mains power voltage as your old place?
Have you tried the spare base power adapter?
Tried to power the base at another residence?

Yes, we have tried the on/off switch, reset button and the homes have the same voltage. We tried the spare base & spare power adapter. We even went as far as to take it to a family members home and test it. Nothing seemed to work. It was unplugged from the original home for 3 months and one of them makes a clicking noise when its plugged in. I read in the community support groups somewhere else that it was a common issue for this model and unfortunately I cant get ahold of Arlo because they dont have a number to call unless you had a paid subscription. It's a terrible business model and terrible customer service.

The only other thing to try is to let it sit powered on for a day or so as it may have to do a memory test or something.
I guess they are both out of warranty so subscription is your only choice to buy a discounted base station.
Might also be cheaper to consider alternative brands.
