Hi, I keep getting the “Connect a compatible arlo charger to device to charge. I have unhooked the charger, removed the battery and reinserted both and it didn’t help. I have removed the camera from the app and reinstalled it. I have an arlo plug being used with the netgear logo. Is the battery causing this or the camera itself? It was charging fine and was staying at 100% when I first got it. Could a firmware update cause this? What did y’all do about this? Thanks for any help.

Do you have another camera to test with? It could be the charger, the battery or camera - you'll just have to try to go through the matrix of possibilities to nail it down. Having a second camera would help a lot.
You can also try a different charger, one that has both 5v and 9v outputs.
