I have internet so why am I getting error message showing "Base Station is offline"?

Hi all,

 

I keep getting an error message when I go to view my cameras that the 'Base Station is Offline'. 

 

I know I have internet why is this the case?

WHat are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you logged out and back in as well as trying both the app and a browser?
