How to turn off email notifications?

I cannot seem to figure out how to turn off email notifications. I still want to be notified on my cell phone on the app, but I do not want emails sent

Edit your recording Mode. Edit the Rules in that mode. Down the bottom are the options to receive a Push Notification and an Email. Uncheck the box that says Email

Where exactly does one go to change recording mode? Step by step instructions would be helpful.
