I am currently on the Arlo Smart Premier plan and i want to swap back to the free basic plan. But when i go to plans under settings, I only have the option to pick a camera @ 2.99 for enhanced feature. I just want to go back to free basic plan..any help would be appericated.

Hi nicholsbradley,
To cancel your Premiere or Elite plan you will need to go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel
I have attached a screenshot here that should help you locate the "cancel" button
