Maximum combination of Security Lights and Cameras Allowed?

With the Basic Service, I understand there is a maximum of 5 cameras to connect to the base for Free. Does the 5 include any type of peripheral device or are security lights handled differently because they are not recording video, also doorbell, etc?

The limitation is soley for cameras.
