I have turned off the microphone on one camera that regularly has audio alerts, but I’m still getting audio alerts...122 today! Hoping there is a solution. Thanks!

Read the FAQs here on modifying modes as well as how to enable/disable notifications. Mode tab, click on your base, edit your modes. Save.

Make sure you turn off audio detection in your modes and rules. Save any changes.

Thanks for the feedback. I’m using the phone app for making changes, but don’t see where I can disable the audio on a single device within a mode setting.. I have however turned the microphone off on the device so would have thought that would disable any audio pickup. I also don’t see any rules reference within the app..
