How Do I Add Friends?

Hi

I've added a second person to my Arlo Pro 2 camera system but it's not clear how they log in.

Do they use the web page and log in

Or, can they download and use the App

If the App - how does the system know it my system and not ask them to set up a new one.

they use either the app or web with their email/passwword

( same email that was used to Grant Access to them )
