My VMB4000r3 with Arlo Pro 2’s are stuck in “discovering devices” and I’m unable to get them in HomeKit.  Can someone assist?  All firmware is up to date.  Thanks in advance.

I've sent a token reset request to your base station that should resolve the issue. Please reboot your base station (remove and reapply power) allow the base station to come back online and try setting up HomeKit again using these instructions:

How do I connect my Arlo device to Apple HomeKit?

BrookN - still does not integrate with HomeKit.  Followed instructions; twice.  Firmware is 1.21.1.0_4302_9611cf3

and iOS 17.0.3 on a dual band Spectrum router.  Shows “Devices Found” but just clocks and times out.  Any ideas?  Thanks.

Please try the following:

Setttings>Privacy & Security>Homekit

There you should fine a listing of all the apps that have requested access to HomeKit.  Slide the bar left (off) and back to on (right - green).  Then go back into HomeKit and check your device(s)

It appears that when you originally authorized the app to HomeKit it generated a certificate (for security purposes).  The sliding of this bar off and no seems to regenerate the certificate.

That too was unsuccessful.  Can I remove the VMB4000 from the Arlo Secure App, perform a factory reset and then re-install the base and Pro 2’s to my account?  Would that help?

Let's try that, I am going to reset the token one more time and then do the steps you mentioned above.

It worked with the factory reset.  Re-syncing the cameras was a pain but all is good.  Thanks so much!

I cannot connect to Homekit with the Same Arlo 2 Pro system. Please resend a token reset to my system for assistance.

Unfortunately, that didn't work. The "discovering devices" portion is now not doing anything once I click on Homekit in the app. Previously, it was just spinning.
For what it's worth, I'm on app version 4.9.1 (6960)

I am going to reset the token again. Before resetting up the device, uninstall the app and reinstall it. Then reboot the base station and follow the steps that I sent in the link.

Hi,

I followed your instructions and I’m still getting the Discovering Devices screen after selecting HomeKit and it doesn’t do anything from there.

I have reset the token again, however you will need to reset the base station.
