I bought this Product at Costco it came with 3 cameras and a base station I been having issues with it Most of the time I have to reboot the base station 2 times a day 

I was charged 160.00 for the Tech support and yet I still don,t have resolved

Did you do a google search for support you may have gone to a scam site for the phone number.   Arlo does not charge for support. The support information is at the bottom of the page.
