For about a week now, my arlo app has been showing both my cameras and everything is in working order on my side. But on my guest's app (my wife), none of the cameras appear and it won't let me add a new device. It keeps saying that it cannot detect a base station. Please help!

I went through this after having to reinstall a camera, my "guest" account could not view that camera. Here are the steps I created that will correct that.....

Have you reset the app on the wife's phone ( uninstall/reinstall ) ?
Verified the Grant access is toggled on for access to the cameras ?
Morse is faster than texting!
