Hi,
In the APP Arlo Secure,
I am deleting the 'Grant Access - Accepted' friend, it pops up to confirm to remove your friend <OK>. but it still appears in Grant Access List. Which I have no longer communicate with this friend.
I am using free (Not subscribe to any plan)
In web browser
my.arlo.com/account
After loged in. It displays only to subscribe monthy or yearly member fee
I Very appreciate any help .
Thanks

Thank you for the feedback. Are you still experiencing this and is it occurring with Android or iOS and which version of the Arlo app?.

I have the same issue and configuration (Arlo Pro2). I dismissed the request to a subscription plan.
Note, the issue surfaces on Android, iOS, and Web Interface.

Same issue here. The issue is irrelevant to the client (web or app), it seem it has to do with the server side.
I captured the HTTP request to the server (https://myapi.arlo.com/hmsweb/users/friends/remove?eventId=...) and the server responded {"success":true}, while the guest to remove is still there when refreshing the page.
Please help!
