I have attempted to login to my account and 2FA will not send me a code from Text, or email. Recently I have changed my phone but it has the same phone number. I would love to see if any one can help me, send a code either to my email or text to my phone. Support is informing me that I don't qualify for support.

Were you able to log into the account? Did you try a different method for the 2FA to go to like an email address or phone number?

hello i have the same problem, I tried all the ways, contact your support team and they do nothing, I am frustrated because hace a lot of money in arlo devices without connection because 2fa problems and been unable to login to my account.

I am having this same issue.
Trying to log in from the website or the app fails because the Arlo 2FA system is not sending an email with the verification code. I also do not have the option to text a phone number, but rather it gives me three email addresses, all of which are the same email address, which is the address the account uses.
Of course, the email address never gets any verification codes so I can't log in and use any of my equipment.
Hundreds of dollars worth of gear that I'm locked out of.
