I have attempted to login to my account and 2FA will not send me a code from Text, or email. Recently I have changed my phone but it has the same phone number. I would love to see if any one can help me, send a code either to my email or text to my phone. Support is informing me that I don't qualify for support.

Were you able to log into the account? Did you try a different method for the 2FA to go to like an email address or phone number?

hello i have the same problem, I tried all the ways, contact your support team and they do nothing, I am frustrated because hace a lot of money in arlo devices without connection because 2fa problems and been unable to login to my account.

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
