Does your company offer an outside small strobe light that I can attach So when I sound my alarm it will also activate the outside strobe so the neighbors can see which house it is

You can utilize the Arlo Security Light to be triggered when a camera detects motion. You can adjust the Brightness/Color/Flash/Time to whatever you like. I have attached a screenshot below for reference.
