Having trouble connecting with the HUB. I all ready open the ports 80,443,123 and I’m using the 2.4 ghz wifi. I’m from Ecuador

Arlo subscriptions aren't available in Ecuador: https://kb.arlo.com/000062249/Where-is-Arlo-Secure-available
But I think you should still be able to on-board the cameras and base. Try onboarding from a PC (browse to my.arlo.com).
