Charged camera battery but went offline. Tried sync button but not working. Another way to sync?

Charged camera battery and camera went offline. Followed all of the troubleshooting tips to synchronise with base but I cannot get the blue light to start blinking when I press the synch button so camera is off line. Is there another way to synch the camera or does it need replacing?

Make sure you quickly press the base sync button ( don't hold ) and then the camera sync button.

If it fails, pull battery and replace, try again after 3-4 mins making sure you are about 5 ft away from base

( usu on battery change, the camera will auto resync unless to far away )
