Hi, I've purchased an Arlo Pro 2 wire free camera system.  That's all up and running fine.  I've installed the programme on my iphone with no problems.  Unfortunately I cannot get it to run on my Mac OS Mojave version 10.14.5. I can get to the sign in page, but when I put in my user name an password I get this error message: {{"cta_return_to_call_web"| i18n}}.

I know I must be close, as when I try to log in  on the Mac, it logs me off the iphone.  I've tried

Arlo Help support but they have been singularly unhelpful so far.  Last time I phoned they couldn't find me from the previous reference number!

Does anyone have any idea please?

Have you tried any of the other browsers on the Mac , like fire fox, chrome

I run Mojave and the website works ok. I do get the update flash thing nearly all the time, even though an update isn't required. Just some suggestions here to check:

 

Do you have Flash installed? 

 

Are your content blockers blocking that website (arlo.netgear.com). Safari | Preferences | Website? Screen Shot 2019-05-23 at 2.41.54 PM.png

Yes, I've tried Google Chrome, no joy. I've aso tried switching off Kapersky.

Yes I have Flash.

 

Checked Safari it's not content blocking anything apparently.
