Cannot get the 4 months free deal to work!

Received the email a couple of days ago with the 4 months free deal, but when I try to follow the subscription link, I get the following error message.  Tried mulltiple different browsers.  All give me the same error.  

If I try to add a subscription (currently and always have been on the free Basic level), and add 4mofree WITH yearly checked it complains that the code is only available for annual plans!
