Can't use two way audio at the mmdmt

Keeps saying 'connection failed' when I try to use the push to talk audio option. The camera is online and working except for the audio function

If rebooting the phone and reinstalling the app doesn't help, try reinserting the battery to reset the camera to a known state. If that also fails, I'd remove and resync the camera.

Does the same occur on mobile data/wifi and web portal on a pc? 

 

Which version of the Arlo app are you using? and which version of OS on your phone?
