Arlo Pro 2 Camera offline from base station. Tried re-syncing, factory reset on all system components. I was able to re-install base station and one camera. Camera flashes blue trying to connect but it is not “seen” by base.

Is the problem camera’s battery fully charged?
Try moving the camera near the base station with the battery removed and externally powered to get it to add.

Yes… battery fully charged, camera within 6 inches of base station- tried it with battery and without (using Arlo cable)… nothing. Camera was working fine, my bf charged it and it stopped working- appeared offline. After several árenos to re-sync it (including w and w/o battery, I opted for factory reset… could the camera’s ability to connect to the base station gotten damaged all of the sudden? No problems prior…

Since you reset the camera, also remove it from Settings, My Devices and onboard it again.

Try swapping battery between the cameras to eliminate a battery problem.
